if it's only for UK whats the Point of ReCruiting people ?
ReCruiting people means u let a person join from states canada australia or anywhere not only from one [Removed by Moderator.] country not to be mean but yea just an opinion so yeah later

  That is your definition. Recruiting simply means that you're actively seeking other players. The criteria for recruitment is defined by the leader of said group.
