MW3 FULLY shut down. Ability to play disc halted.

MW3 it would seem is FULLY shut down. Access to the game itself has beed halted. Multiple friends of mine are not able to start the disc. The screen freezes. Total black screen. XBOX phone lines jammed. XBOX tech support has no idea what the problem is. No info via web that would hint toward any problem. MW3 status says eveything is fine, but it's not. Is anyone else having this issue? What's the deal?

I am having the same problem thought it was the disco and went and swapped it out for a new one obviously that wasn't the problem. If you find out what it is keep me posted!

  Correct sign out go all the way to multiplayer then sign in it works

Log out boot up the game log in and then if you go to multiplayer it will black out. Cant even start game while in internet profile

We had the same aggravating problem. Jroth21's solution worked for us (Thanks!) but I hope we don't have to do that every time.

it happen to me too idk what was going on but it would load super slow thats what was causing the black screen. so what i did was clear my catche and install disc after that i was able to play fine
