So the peacekeeper is confirmed to be in multiplayer.

Amazon  had slip up and spilled the beans.

 

"Peacekeeper SMG: This impressive sub-machine gun fills the open weapon slot in your load-out with power and accuracy."

 

There are no load outs in zombies.

    Am I the only one that reads that amazon description and thinks that it's very generic and expected and not revealing at all?

     

    There's nothing in there, that for me confirms it's an MP gun.

     

    IT sounds very generic to me.

     

    For example if I'm buying a hockey stick, I would expect it to say "take it to the ice" or if I'm buying a case of beer I would expect it to say "add it to your fridge" etc.

     

    Buying DLC weapon and "adding it to your load-out" sounds similarly generic

      well your loadout is what you take into mp isnt it? i mean it sounds like a mp thing to me.

        Yeah you could totally be right and me totally wrong.

         

        Just throwing what I intiially thought out there.

         

        For example I would expect to see the exact same thing on a description of Halo or Battlefield 3 DLC as well. And if it was the other way around, and the Peacekeeper was a Zombies-only weapon, I can't see them including something about using it's "power and accuracy to fend off hoards of the undead" etc etc.

         

        We will see.

        IT MAKES SENSE NOW!

         

        In the campaign you can customize your loadout before going into missions, so this is probably be where the gun will be available. There are just TOO MANY balance/fairness issues to have it be a multiplayer gun.

          Yeah I thought if this to..

          Could be so because of a couple of things.

           

          1. Nobody plays campaign

          2. This would maybe wntice people to play it??

          3.i hope it's in multiplayer

           

           

          Reason for being in multiplayer.

           

          1. They planned all this from the beginning and it was balanced in with te rest long time ago.

          2. It's in the dlc section like the "nameplates"

          3. You'll still have diamond camo on all your other smgs and once you get the peacekeeper gold you get diamond with it.

          4. This won't be the only gun dlc (how do I know? Even halo is doing some ail in game dlc bonuses like armour etc to attract more sales, maps alone these days are hard bargains but if I got a new weapon with every pack surely I'd want to stay on top advantage because we wouldn't be playing mp if we weren't the least bit competitive)

           

          5. Weapon packs should have been in cod a long time ago (imagine "waw weapon dlc pack" or blops1 weapon favorites dlc pack" it would sell like hot cakes....in the future for sure.

    I am sorry but WHERE would Amazon have DLC listed ?

     

    They dont sell Xbox Live Marketplace Content.

     

    Sure would like to see a link before this so called confirmation.

        So what you have an image from Amazon UK (supposedly). That page has only a slideshow of an image that supposedly showed up on Amazon.UK.

        You may also notice that there is NO mention on that page or on amazon UK page that the peacekeeper is in Multiplayer. Only reason the editor mentioned Amazon at all was to make it more beleievable.

         

        The only thing mentioned on THAT page is "Peacekeeper SMG--This impressive sub-machine gun fills the open weapon slot in your load-out with power and accuracy." which doesnt say the gun is in multiplayer.

         

        Its the same leaked crap that was posted last week all over the web with so many assumptions.

         

        So AGAIN does anyone have a link to the Amazon page ?

          erm yes they do same as game does, they sell cards with the code on.

           

          its not on amazonuk now as it got pulled. (probably as it went up early and Actvi pulled the awooga alarm)

          Also re adding guns, while you're correct about the memory that reason only applied to games that added ALL the guns at the start, if you notice some gun classes only have a few and less than the ars available, snipers, lmgs, ect. to add a gun via dlc to a new game is a simple matter of accounting for the gun and resources/ issues adding a gun wouldtakes up at the start.

              You buy the POINTS to go to the XBL MP to buy whatever item you wish. As the picture you posted at the bottom say it costs 1200 points. any seller can easily sell points card but not Xbox Live Marketplace content.

              send fox a dm with the wording you couldn't post., i am assuming it was a opposite of up and load was the word that caused issues

              the spam detection was tweaked the other day and its throwing up some funkyness as certain phrases were added , same thing happened to me too

               

              Not sure what you guys get across the pond but we get cards with either the dlc code or a points card themed for a game..

                But you cant buy DLC from amazon. Not point. I know you can get points from even a convenience store.

              Yup thats it . Amazon just attached the image. its the same as the shops. you buy the pack with the 4200 points with the image of call of duty  elite picture or halo Etc but your free to use those points on whatever you choose.

      Who are you to say they can or can't? Lol you know just as little about this as everyone else! Besides that, there seems to be more and more signs pointing to CAN. You and everyone saying they cant are basing your statement off of a comepltely diffrerent team of developers game lol Thats like saying hey guys nestle cant make white chocolate milk so there for noone can.       they are adding, not removing, i also think if they add a new weapon, and unlocked diamonds, the new dlc gun would need to get gold in order to get it diamond.

    Haha just remembered that you can pay real world money o unlock all weapons in bf3.. They should do that in future call if duties! Lmao pay to win..

    Rumor has it the “Revolution” DLC will be released on the 29th with 4 maps (Hydro, Downhill, Mirage, and Grind), Die Rise zombies map and the Peace Keeper SMG. I haven’t heard anything about the gun being in MP but that would be cool.
