We need to help ourselves.

     I've been having problems with ELITE for sometime now. It's making managing my clan more difficult by the day. Here are the big issues I am having.

 

 

  • Every time I go to Manage Clan and click the roster it says,"OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG! A server error has occurred." This makes it so I can't see my members stats and also makes it so I cant kick cheaters, hackers, and boosters.
  • Every time I go to competitions and click the Op or Challenge to see our progress it says' "An unexpected error occurred when loading this section. Try refreshing your browser." Its says that under every section, Description, Winners Podium, Details. This makes it so I can't check and see how many objectives we need for Gold.
  • In our Clan showcase, It no longer shows ANY Ops or the tab for Ops. It only shows the Clan Challenges. This makes it so I can't see where our Clan ranked for the Op and also makes it so I can't see who finished where in the op.

 

     If anyone else is having similar problems, please post comments and like this to help bring it higher up the food chain of support. I've talked with dozens of Activision support representatives through support Chat for months in regard to these specific issues in an attempt to resolve them or even get a basic idea of what being done to fix them and every time I get," Have you tried changing your browser?" It's beginning to get out of control. Support has done nothing to help but send Chat reps into the blazes of overly frustrated people with issues that support Chat reps no nothing about.

 

     It is time we helped ourselves by creating more discussions that have to do with REAL and founded problems with the ELITE service, not to name and shame Activision, Treyarch, or any other company, but to get those companies to recognize we have had enough and we want it fixed yesterday. Call of Duty has arguably the most loyal and disgusted fan base in all of gaming and unfortunately we are the ones who have to make them realize they have problems that can't be fixed by switching browsers from Google Chrome to Firefox.

 

     So please, please, please, post comments on this thread about similar problems you are having in an adult and civil manner so it does not get shut down and maybe we can get enough posts and likes to have someone somewhere recognize these issues and do something to try and fix them. Going off on an angry rant has been proven not to work, but a active discussion about REAL problems might.

    I'm having the same issues.  Can't see competitions when I click on them, can not see roster or manage clan.

     

    I've tried looking on my ipad, on my laptop on google chrome and explorer.  Deleted history and all that crap they tell you to whenever theres an issue like it'll fix it no problem.  Nothing works!  I've asked clan members to check in their accounts and they get the samething.

      Also only 2 of my matches are showing up in elite.  Checked on the console and laptop and same in both.  Really hope all my games count towards the clan op today or I completely just wasted 3 hours

    Same issues here! I'm also pissed they took away Nuketown for anytime play. When I purchased the game and my elite membership I expect to get my monies worth out of my investment, and be able to play the bonus map anytime. Then only to have them steal it away from me. Well, I wonder how they would feel about a Class Action Lawsuit? I'm sure that would help get things fixed real quick!

      Unfortunately we have been having issues with ELITE 2.0 since BO2 started and Beachhead has not helped us once. ATVIAssist is missing and many threads are open with frustration and disappointment.

       

      For those who are having issues viewing different parts of Elite and have tried different browsers, try updating Java and Adobe Flash and see what happens. This has worked for some and not for others but worth a shot.

        I just tried updating those and still doesn't work.  Theres another post about this too and he says he has contacted ATVAssist about this and they said they are aware of teh issue and are working on it.  So like everything else they say they are working on it'll probably months before it's back or not at all!

    Hello,

     

    I am also having issues involving kicking inactive players & it's a big struggle to remain high on the clan leaderboards when your a lightweight clan with only 6 players as you can't kick the other 4 inactive ones. I am having issues with information about a clan challenge/operation & I don't know how well we are doing so do we need to keep it up or what? ... I have scanned through several forums & threads involving this issue & it has turned out that people who have contacted them have been told to be patient I guess because the same thing happens on Modern Warfare 3, It became better around march time when everything settled down. I think the Elite staff must be observing all the negative stuff said about the program which may trigger some sort of alert hopefully!

      It takes a very long time on BO2 to update the status of a clan challenge. Best advise is count your self and you will have an idea if you need to keep going. Today's challenges for example on BO2 took over 6 hours to display my clans status.

        This is getting old. Beachhead is horrible at customer support! I thought there were people that read these forums? LOL I guess Foxhound doesn't answer questions anymore? I have checked many of these post on this forum and it is like one big rant fest of questions with no answers!

    i'm have the same problems plus i can't enlist in MW3 ops or challenges anymore but i can in BO2 i'm still a premium member for a few more months but can't level my clan in MW3 because of this so looks like we are stuck at level 44 it been two weeks now with no clan xp i have contacted support but they are no help

    Same problems when i go on the leader his account. When i try to remove myself true roster i get this simular problem.

     

    I used ;
    - Laptop with Google Chrome / Internet Explorer
    - Computer with Google Chrome / Internet Explorer
    - Mobile Phone
    - Elite APP on Playstation 3.

     

    And i also can't leave myself. I want to go to another clan and i got the invite. When i accept the invite it says ''Error''. And when i leave clan > Are you sure > Yes then it's only show the clan HQ. No mather how many time's i do this.

    Im on xbox360, gamertag Rosie n Brian clan 999 . I was a premium member for mw3 hardened edition bought black ops 2 hardened edition plus the season pass , I've been having "an unexpected error ocurred" message since last year and its so frustrating not being able to see operations properly the leaderboards are incorrect, its showing scores from months ago. ive spent a lot of money on these games and for the elite service that does not work properly and am getting pretty disheartened with these problems which should have been ironed out as elite was launched 2011, I don't think it's my browser because i have firefox, chrome and ie and i get the same message on all 3, help out the community please and fix this asap otherwise you will have lost a loyal COD fan and no doubt many others.

         Another problem I've been having is that my Clan Feed, which is set to private, is showing another Clans messages on it. To add to the unusualness of it my Clan is on PS3 and there's is on xBox. Support sent it to their tier 2 section? I still have not received an e-mail.

      Its true our PS3 clan feed is shared with an xbox clan feed. Beachhead wont answer anyone because they cant fix the problems without creating new ones. No one has gotten an answer on elite since November. Old & Broken

    Randomly can I enter my clan in a challenge or comp! The same stupid red sign always comes up saying something about OOPs Server Issues! I'm over it! I'm taking a break from the game! It pisses me offf so much to thik of all the money they've made of this game but they cant get som clan challenges together? I wonder if people playing on computers are having the same problems? I'm just over this!
