do you get a founder code with the free call of duty elite subscription?

I want to give my clan founder xp, but I'm not sure if I get it with the free call of duty elite subscription.

Greetings,

In order for one to become a Founder, one must have had to obtain a Hardened Edition of Modern Warfare 3 and activated their Elite Paid Subscription from November 7th 2011 to December 12th 2011. If a Hardened Edition of MW3 was purchased after December 13th, one would have to use the Founder code card included in the MW3 Hardened Edition.

With that said, if you haven't activated your Founder status yet, unfortunately your clan will not be awarded with Founder XP. Premium Call of Duty: Elite memberships are no longer being offered as well as the Founder entitlements as it was a limited time offer.

Please enlist in Operations and Challenges in Black Ops 2 with your Free membership to Elite to rank up your clan!

  Please explain where it stated Founder emblem/title and Winter camo were limited offers. The packaging clearly states all Hardened Edition owners with 'Founder Code' would be entitled to these Founder entitlements. You must honor this for Hardened Edition owners and please advise us how we can redeem the Founder emblem/title and the Winter camo. If this requires assisting every owner individually or providing a small patch to help resolve this you should do this. Thank you. V
