So, I have to ask, because it concerns me that this issue exists.  I've been in lobbies where the online ID is listed twice, but the second name has a "[1]" at the end.  A friend of mine says this is just to differentiate between two people having the same online ID, but when I go to mute them, it mutes them both.  So it leads me to believe that some how they are generating more than one online instance.  For example, I would see someone with the name "onilneID" and then another listing in the lobby "onlineID[1]".  Is this some sort of new cheat?  If so, I think Activision and InfinityWard should be aware of it.
