I was just playing multiplayer when suddenly my screen went into some kind of frozen state, when I logged back on EVERYTHING was back to level one.

This is absolute shait, I will seriously not play a single game before its been restored, I will go and buy myself battlefield and play that from now if if this problem isnt resolved ASAP.

What to do guys?
