Quick scoping vs Sniping (hard scoping) What do you prefer?

Today me and a buddy of mine tried something new.

We wanted to know if quickscoping is really annoying?

 

We played a match of demolition on yemen.

This was wat we were rolling with:

 

Me:

ballista

B23R

Flack jacket

Toughness

tactical mask

( I am a sniper/QS)

 

My buddy:

Dsr-50

scorpion EVO

lightweight

fast hands

engineer.

(He can't QS for **** and he does'nt care about it)

 

The first game we were QS our asses off and I got 28 kills and 20 deaths with 4 bomb plants

He had 18 kills and 34 deaths and 2 plants.

 

Now we got a few hate mails we should stop the QS because blah blah blah.

 

The second game the same map was chosen and we decided to go hardscope.

Now we completely ignored planting the bomb because snipers or hardscopers if you prefer should camp and defend the battleground.

 

I had 52 kills and only 8 deaths while my buddy scored 49 kills with only 7 deaths.

We actually got hate mails that we were weak campers using snipers and blah blah blah and so on.

 

What to people want from snipers? I mean If we go quickscope it's a bad thing and if we camp and actually snipe we get even more complaints?

 

 

What are your thoughts on this? Should quickscoping be removed? Should it stay?

Imagine that quickscoping was not in this game and every sniper would just camp the F out of it and just kill everyone?

I mean I was kinda bored not running around with my sniper but well I did get a great score

    I would rather be QS than some Bit#h sitting in his own spawn Hardscoping .

    id take a sniper over a cheapscoper every time i find it funny that you managed to get 4 bomb plants your either a good liar or a rare thing in the game a cheapscoper who plays the objective i know what id put my money on out of the 2

      I actually always play the objective.

      Even as a sniper I have lots of times were I'm actually the ony one wo planted/defused bombs.

      It's freaking annoying >.<

       

      If I play objective based games I play the objective!

      Always get a minimal of 3 flags in DOM

       

      Actually that is a little lie, I ignore the objective when I see no hope in winning anymore.

      Like joining game in progress and being behind by over 50 points >.<

        well i will have to take your word on that but in my experiance i have never meet a cheapscoper yet that plays the objective they are more concerned in racking up killfeeds for their youtube channels but if you do play the objective then good for you keep it up.

         

        i personally believe youtube and cheapscopers have given all snipers a bad name in these games

          That might be just the point.

          I don't have a youtube channel full of QS videos XD

          No I really like playing the objective. I'm not that good of a quickscoper that I can get enormous scorestreaks. Plus I don't understand why you play objective based games and don't get the objective.

          Like I said in my first post/opening thread, It was kinda boring for me not playing the objective.

           

           

          If I wanted to get kills only I'd go play KC or TDM.

    Only thing that bothers me about the 'sniping' on this game, is the fact I can lay a couple bullets into someone that is scoped in and it somehow doesn't affect their aim or make them "flinch" or anything.

     

     

    Also people sniping on maps that it just makes little to no sense to do it on I.E. HiJacked (of course they have the right to do something that makes no sense...they paid for the game too)....this just annoys me when they are on my team, because I'm a very 'objective oriented' player.

     

    Other than that...if someone can actually land a QS on me or a Hard Scope...then all the power to them, because it really doesn't happen that often.

      Yeah I don't really get that either.

      When playing hijacked I prefer a shotgun or an SMG.

       

      I do however have a class were I have a sniper and an SMG.

      Making a few sniper kills on Hijacked is do able but I really need an SMG to stay alive on that map

    At the end of the day no-one likes getting QS as they basically got out played... End of story :p

      Yeah, but I make my revenge getting 10 kills on him after he lands one QS... Always happens.

    I prefer hardscoping or sniping, however, quickscoping is an essential skill for any sniper as it allows you to get a shot off if you don't have time to switch to your secondary.

     

    I much prefer sitting in the back with a suppressor picking off key targets than running with the pack and hoping I can hit somebody in close range.
