How do i unlock the marine and winter camo for the ps3?

Marine Camo is available to all platforms, but Prestiging once is a pre-requisite.

Winter Camo is only available to Premium Elite members. Elite is now free so the Premium Membership is no longer produced since they sold out. Prestiging once is also a pre-requisite.
