Should I just give up? The more I play it, the more I hate it.

I don't know anymore.

I still want to like this game because I bought the CE for 90 euro's and like the title says: The more I play it, the more I hate it.

I have a better time playing MW2

 

What to do... what to do...

 

What do you guys think? How many people have these thoughts about BO2?

    If you don't like the game, go sell it.

    I like the game more and more, despite the BS, which every game has.

    I know exactly what you mean. I have 20k+ kills / 1.91kd in BO2 now and I'm still waiting to actually enjoy it. The lag is simply horrible. I enjoy playing BO1 so much more but I've done everything there is to do in that game.

     

    I'm considering getting BF3... Or Halo 4...

      Get Battlefield 3. So worth it. Not bashing or hating on CoD, cause i still play CoD, but BF3 is soo much better. I cant play one full match of CoD without getting bored and wanting to turn it off. BF3, on the other hand, i can play that for hours. Such a fun and more realistic game

        Funny I got BF3 and the game was boring to me, sure it sounds awesome, looks sweet and has good maps.  But the gameplay itself is rather boring and just more of the old stuff that already been out forever.

         

        If you have a PC and have never played Counter Strike (Global Offensive is the newest version), pick it up for like $15. The game will literally eat away at your life.  Your missing out on like the grand father of FPS's. The game is not noob friendly at all, you either pick it up or painfully get stomped for a long time. It has true search and destory not that gay **** in CoD.  Ground war is the only game mode in CoD I can stand, the rest is just to slow and boring.

    It's not that I don't like the game.

    Itt's just the way it is played that i don't like.

    I'm doing pretty well it's just that I really don't like how people play it.

     

    A big part of the players do nothing but spawn trap and headglitch.

    I don't even see the fun of that. It seems so broken while in theory it should be the best.

    I love the pick 10 system and the reward you get for playing the objective. Also most maps look great only there are so many place you can just stand behind as cover and i know cover is important. but it isn't meant to stand behind 24/7

     

    how can I enhoy this game more? what are good stratagies to play and win. I don't care about my K/D I just want to win. This is hard to do because a lot of people play for K/D wich makes it hard to go for the objective. If my team doesn't help me how am I supposed to get a flag or plant the bomb :S

    Its pretty simple. If you're not having fun playing the game then don't play it anymore.

    Solution to headglitchers = MK48+FMJ cover means nothing to this combo.

      I would recommend FAL + Targetfinder+ Grip. 30-40% headshots easily, kill those campers cross map. Works very well with the AN94 as well.

    Give it up for a little, it's not going to kill you to take a break.

     

    I've taken breaks in late December from CoD since Black ops 1 because I'll either get to frustrated with it, or bored.

     

    I took like a week break already from this game and it's nice to not play it for awhile and going back isn't so bad when you are ready.

     

    Also will be giving it a rest starting next week too so don't wear yourself out over a game.

    I've always said that if you are not having fun then don't play. That's the whole reason I haven't bought the game yet. Based on all the feedback from everyone I can tell I won't like it. I would recommend Halo4, BF3, and Borderlands 2.

      It's more fun when you're good, obviously, and BO2 has the most players right now so the hardest and best players are on it. Newer games have harder players, while old ones like MW2, Black ops, and MW3 have all the "noobs." If you wait till Christmas when all the Christmas noobs get on it'll get funner by a little, and towards spring/summer most pros will be so far ahead you won't get paired up with them. I'd say keep the game, but just wait for things to get better.

       

      Once MW4 comes out BO2 will be much more fun.

    Noting to help your frustration. there is a new Aimbot for BO 2. Making us kiled at every corner when your not shooting where there isn't possible for them to know you where without a UAV. That is something very frustrating. A sniper doing 70 kills in one game on hijacked??? Ya right ! That apening in every version of COD and that look like no one do noting again it. They telling us there banning those players but there is always a couple of them out there. You'll see if you stay online long enough.

    @rickwr88: The Hack is for WIndows only, so need to take care anyway.

     

    Buts true. Blops2 is getting annoying. They are patching that much but still the Lag Compensation is not working well, but looks like no one is interesting in that.

     

    I did not like BF3 and was happy to get Blops2 but after couple of hours its just frsutrating me. Even in Black Ops1 i do not die so many times. This is just a Pain in the A****

     

    I will sell mine to and play BF3 again which plays a bit better....

    And in Future just FO Activision/Tryarch

    BF3 is the best fps out there- especially compared to BO2.

    -No lag. No hackers, No rank glitchers.

    -Dedicated servers, server browser, custom servers, etc.....

     

    I am a CoD fan str8 up. I love CoD, but BO2 is rbbish so far. They need to fix it. MW2 connections still to this day are awesome.

     

    If i didnt buy the season pass at midnite madness (my bad) I would trade this rubbish in right away while it is still worth something.
