Stats and level reset

I was playing Blops 2 today then logged off and i was level 31 8th prestige. I had a little over 5 days played and had diamond SMGs and some other gold guns and a lot of calling cards and i turned off my PS3 for a while to take a break and i logged back on and everything was gone! I'm now level 27 no prestige and everything i had is ******* gone. Is there some way i can contact someone to see if i can get this fixed?

    same problem since sunday man ive had no contacts back at all and i tried calling support well there closed becuase of the volume of callers

    Same here since monday night lost all of my stats have been reset.

     

    I've been looking a bit about the subject for two days and the most commons answer is send a private message to Cutpurse ( from treyach ) with your psn + console+ what happened exactly before it happened..

     

    I actually did this yesterday afternoon with no replies ...been playing a bit so i made it to level 18 ..but got ******* reset again God Damn it !!!

     

    I'm pissed as F***

      same here i played alittle more made it to 35 back to level 1 i also sent him a pm yup no response i sent it sunday night

        CP is very busy atm, they will respond to yoyr PM. CP is one of the few that does.

          Hi, how do I contact Cutpurse, My game has also had the same problem got reset except for my level and it also unlocked a bunch of titles that I havent even started working on, would like to get back to normal gameplay, and I am also not getting permanant unlock tokens for prestiging. Any help on how to contact Cutpurse would be great

    Took a few days, but CP pulled though and restored my account. granted i was prestige 8 lvl 31 when i was reset and came back to prestige 7 lvl 55 but that is good enough for me!

    i had the same ******* problem,but mine wans not that big,i was lvl 14 of 1 prestige and when i went back,i am now lvl 53!cp or someone,please help!
