BO2 Clan XP needed per level

I believe I have figured out the amount of XP needed for each clan level in Black Ops 2.  Below you will find my results. Feel free to share any in-accuracies you may find. I will update this post as I am able to confirm other numbers.

 

2 = 200 (Confirmed)

3 = 300 (Confirmed)

4 = 600 (Confirmed)

5 = 1000 (Confirmed)

6 = 1500 (Confirmed)

7 = 2100 (Confirmed)

8 = 2800 (Confirmed)

9 = 3600 (Confirmed)

10 = 4500 (Confirmed)

11 = 5500 (Confirmed)

12 = 6600 (Confirmed)

13 = 7800 (Confirmed)

14 = 9100 (Confirmed)

15 = 10500 (Confirmed)

16 = 12000 (Confirmed)

17 = 13600 (Confirmed)

18 = 15300 (Confirmed)

19 = 17100 (Confirmed)

20 = 19000 (Confirmed)

21 = 21000 (Confirmed)

22 = 23100 (Confirmed)

23 = 25400 (Confirmed)

24 = 27800 (Confirmed)

25 = 30300 (Confirmed)

FYI - Based on the first 22 levels I was able to determine that each level requires 100 more XP to reach than the last level required. So if it took 1000 XP to go from level 10 to 11, then it will require 1100 XP to go from 11 to 12.

 

As a comparison, it required a total of 99213 XP in MW3 to get your clan to level 50.

    Nice work, appreciate it. I wonder why they didn't use the same structure as MW3

      I was never able to figure out the rhyme or reason behind MW3's...there had to be some sort of formula. This new formula seems to be a lot more straight forward though.  I use the numbers on my clan's website so I will continue to update this thread if I notice any are wrong.

    Just discovered that my formula isn't entirely accurate. The Beachead clan is now level 22 and to get to level 23 requires an extra 100 XP.  Apparently it will be harder than I initially thought to get to level 50 in BO2 (which is already harder than MW3).

     

    The first 22 levels each required 100 XP more than the previous level. To get to 22 from 23 requires 200 XP more than it did from 21 to 22 which breaks the mold.

     

    I will continue to update these numbers as I am able to confirm them.

        The more I think about reaching Level 50 the more I get angry.

         

        On MW3 :

         

        1 - We had some support

        2 - Many clans took advantage of Founders which gave them XP boost

        3 - Less XP needed to reach Level 50

        4 - More challenges and operations. 3 operations on the weekend and 7 days a week challenges

        5 - Rewards for reaching certain levels which included clan titles, badges, and double xp

         

        On BO2

         

        1 - We have ZERO support

        2 - No Founder boost or rewards for clans that reached level 50 in MW3

        3 - More XP needed to reach Level 50

        4 - Less challenges and operations. 2 operations a weekend, 5 challenges a week, and weekly challenge gets removed.

        5 - ZERO rewards, no titles, no badges, and no double xp.

         

        Why on earth would they make it longer on BO2 for clans to reach level 50 with ZERO support? Don't get it

          They did however get Elite "working" (where we had challenges and ops) a lot sooner than MW3 had it so I'd venture to say we had 2-3 months extra with BO2 than MW3.

           

          Other than that, I completely agree.

    Looks like i need 1200 exp till Im lvl 10. Its a pain being the only one in my clan, but im so close. Anyways thanks for this.

    Looks like level 43 and 44 didn't follow the formula either. Turns out it is just getting harder and harder to get to level 50. I suspect the rest will each be off by a bit as well.

      It's amazing how some clans have reached level 40-44 with not one championship badge and a few silver badges. Just saying.

        Yeah...too bad they couldn't go back through their data and actually correct it so people are at the right level.

    Levels 45 and 46 have also been confirmed now. The numbers continue to be off by 100-200 points which I suspect will continue with the next 4 levels.

    All numbers have been confirmed. This list should now be complete.

     

    You can see the XP needed for each level in both MW3 and BO2 at this link: http://www.codcp.com/FAQ/#ClanXPBO2

     

    It takes 26,887 more XP to get to level 50 in BO2 than it did in MW3. That's the equivelent of getting your clan from 1 to 27 again.

     

    Unfortunately, there are many of the top clans in the leaderboards that are getting bonus XP and thus they are much higher level than they should be. I'm going to do some investigation and try to find out which of the top clans on both PS3 and Xbox this glitch is affecting so we know which are legit and which are glitched.
