    Totally agree.

     

    How does a multi-million pound/Dollar company have such a failing website under its roof?

     

    Some of the sections don't work whichever browser you use.

    There is almost zero response from anyone regarding support about the site. (ATVIAssist is doing its best)

    Beachhead Studios have gone awol.

    CallofdutyElite hardly tweet anything.

    Treyarch won't acknowledge anything.

     

    This was meant to be Elite 2.0, It's more like 0.2.

     

    Perhaps Activision is just hoping that it'll disappear now that they're not making money off of it and nobody will notice?

    I think Activision is rapidly learning that dealing with the ELITE issues aren't something they want to do directly. I'm hoping Beachhead will reappear shortly to deal with this. Complaining about anything regarding ELITE is, for the most part, useless until they return. And once they return, it's only 43% useless.

    It was an option for me when I signed up for Elite Premium to purchase a 2 yr subscription.  I didn't do it then because I didn't want to make a 2 year commitment to a service that I hadn't actually used much of at that time.  Now I'm glad that I didn't.  However, some folks did make that purchase which is why I don't see how they are going to be able to stop issuing MW3 Ops/Challenges before November.  That is unless they offer refunds or roll the second year over to the Season Pass but I haven't seen any announcement on it so my guess would be that they would rather maintain the MW3 service than do either of these options.

    Well, all right. I had never heard anyone even offered that option. I guess maybe they will have ops until November, which means nothing more than what little time Beachhead would have (if they were actually there) is now going to useless ops on an old game rather than supporting Black Ops 2. Just fantastic.

    I am guessing they're waiting for the influx of Christmas noobs before showing back up to work. Wherever they are... I hope they're enjoying it, because there's a ton of things that need fixing in these parts.

    Be careful... the mods are lurking and removing content that is deemed against the C.o.C... Perhaps we let this one lie for a bit.

    Delete what they want...it's still been seen, damage controle has been irelivent for them since the last cod title...why start now...I see it as a cowardly act, when many valid topics go unanswered daily

    From what I can see, even ATVI Assist isn't even dealing with issues anymore. They've seen enough to know that there's nothing they can really do to help, imo. Beachhead's just going to have to dal with the blizzard of hate that they'll receive when they get back.
