Hello? Treyarch or Activision? Is anybody there?

I find it absolutely amazing that none of the leadership from either Activision or Treyarch has tried to get in front of this lag issue. Instead they choose to hide in hopes that the customer will just get over it or move on. They choose to have their support staff tweet or FB the same boiler plate response about port settings and router reseting. Shameful!!!

 

Hey Treyarch or Activision WHERE ARE YOU? CAN YOU NOT HEAR THE CONSUMER DISGUST BY YOUR INADEQUATE RESPONSE TO THE LAG ISSUES?

 

THOUSANDS of CONSUMER'S internet or routers didn't just miraculously stop working properly after they loaded BO2.

 

A lot of these CONSUMERS can connect and play MW3 without the same LAG.

 

Mr. Vahn-is there any effort to correct this?

 

Anybody?

    I understand your frustrations, but we have had many of these threads. Please contribute to those which are attempting to find solutions to common issues if you can and please search before posting.
