servers down?

european miiverse (including myself) is full of people which can't connect online at the moment but the 'server status' is saying that everything works fine!?

    some are able to go online and play... there might be 250 players on multiplayer but others cannot connect.

    When I got on at 9 est it wouldn't connect and just sat connecting forever.... I went to play in a local match against bots and when I finished it had connected....

     

    When I did connect there was only 300 people online so I assumed I wasn't the only one having the problem. I took a shower and when I got out there was 600 people online.

    Just powered up the gamepad to check. Took me a moment to get online. There were 795 players online.

      I just tried to see how many, not to play, and just get ERROR - cant connect.

        I'm on right now, but it's near impossible to start a match when choosing "best" as the connection filter.

          961 online right now. Other people must be in church :/

          I never even knew you could choose that option. Where`s that at?

            While you're browsing the available playlist, there should be a button on the side that says "Search Prefferences". Basically you can either pick a matchmaking based on the best connection or find a match based on availability (puts you in matches faster but there's a tendency of getting into bad lobbies)

             

            Edit: Here's a summarization of all of the options available:-

             

            -Best = Finds match based on best connection quality (greatly adviced if you have fast internet speed)

            -Normal = Finds match that has a balance of best connection and availability

            -Any = Puts you in any match regardless of any variables (if you're having a bad time finding lobbies, use this)

                Cheers to you too mate. Just so you know, I'm having a bad time getting a U so I might get at a later date (the latest by March). Let's just say some people don't want to "co-operate"

                 

                I'll be here to provide any game knowledge that I know off that's not WiiU specific and also to know the problems and current whereabouts of the community
