I'm having the same problem. I bought the hardened package. I activated the code on the back of the book. When I go to MW3 Store it says i got one year elite membership, but still i can't do any stuffs a premium can do. It's been over 5 days. Also i sent 2 tickets to support. They just put me on hold, thats been over 4 days...

When did you activate your Elite premium membership for MW3? When did you purchase the hardened edition? Where did you purchase it from, what is your region?
What console are you on and what is your Gamertag/SEN ID? I'll be happy to look into this issue for you.
As for not being able to access any premium features, specifically what issues are you trying to access?

I activated it for about 2 weeks ago, I also purcahsed it 2 weeks ago and I purchased it in Norway, Oslo.
I'm on Xbox and my gamertag/SEN ID is AccentDC.
I have no elite premium access at all, but the first time i logged on elite after activating my code, I recieved a message below saying something about I was elite premium, ( I logged in on my xbox ) and when I enter mw3 store and check memberships it says I got one year elite membership.
