COD TV/ Theatre mode not working and taking a screenshot

Hi

 

For some reason when I go to look back at a video in cod tv/theatre mode it never loads it just stays there loading forever. Can anyone give me any tips to get it to work?

 

Also, I assume you take a screenshot in theatre mode? Or do you press something in game to make it happen? I doubt it but thought I'd ask.
