I'm sure this issue has been mentioned about a million times already, but I've searched for the past 20 minutes and can't find a clear answer so here goes...Is the Elite clan creation function down?  I ask because I left my clan earlier today to start my own and the Clan HQ page keeps loading the HQ page for my old clan. Anyone else having this problem?
