ive already asked this before, but i havent recieved help in over 24 hours after the problem happened. ive been deranked from prestige 3 level 52 to level 1 prestige 0 and would just like to know who can i turn to for help. thanks

So, you didn't happen to watch any theater of Demo match did you? This sounds more like a manual reset then the normal Demonware malfunction, but that's just me.

Never heard of that, and it couldnt have been manual because i used my pretige token on an extra class.
