Please help a clueless mom...I have a 12 year old who was wiped out on the leader board this past Tuesday night...he was a level 46 with something called prestige and was re set around 9pm to a level 1 with no prestige...can anyone help me???   I have been googling this issue and can't find much of anything...called Activision two days ago and after a 90 minute hold time was basically told "they are working on this issue" and didn't even want his screen name...I do realize there are probably worse problems in life but he has spent so much time on this game any help anyone can offer would be awesome I am at a loss...
