Lag seems to go both ways for me.  Lag is no respecter of persons. Whether partied up or running solo some games are awful and other games are beautiful.  For me the lag is always incredibly inconsistent.

ya your logic doesnt work. I play entirely with friends that live within a 30 minute car ride. The problem is lag compensation

Mw3 had Region Based matchmaking what was more

My advice: If you want to play online an not get lag

Dont join a Party!

matchmaking goes off the party leader,

meaning the game will find the best session for the party host not the rest of the aprty. This can cause issues for the other party members . It's been that way in all cods (apart for mw3 for the first few months until they changed it)

I'm tired of seeing all these threads on stupid ideas for fixes.  I havent changed a thing on my gaming setup since WAW and this is the first time i've ever seen so much lag and wtf moments.  The problem is with the game and nothing else.

or get a better ISP
