I pay my stupid xbox live subscription fee so I can play COD.  That's pretty much it.  I don't really play other games online. 

I also work out of the country half the year in Southeast Asia.  The interwebs over here are dodgy at best.  There are days where I'll have three bars and days where I'll be in the red with one bar.  Lately it's been one bar and I've been getting disconnected from xbox live.  When I try to get back on it gives me the probation message. 

So not only did I pay for a new xbox that was 230v (apparenly Microsoft doesn't believe in dual voltage), I pay for this stupid xbox live subscription that I can hardly use because I'm on "probation."

I didn't mind getting booted from games when my connection dropped, that's just the way it is with the internet over here.  It's still fun to play and try to level up my guy for when I get home to real internet.  But what really sucks is now I get put on probation so it makes it even harder for me to get back on.

Please get rid of the probation it is useless and bothersome.  The worst part is you don't even have to be in a game to get a probation, i just got 3 probations and i was in the loby while it disconnected.  Please get rid of it soon, it really undermines the quality of the game. 

We saw this probation thing for the first time the other night, which shows how often I back out of games. We weren't put on probation, but we saw the warning.  This is just obsured! We all paid for this game and the service to be able to play online. By enforcing a probation period for backing out of a game, you are literally taking away my rights.  It may be for only 5min, but the point is you are stripping me of my right to end the game as I please and as a consumer I have the right to enjoy all options of the game.  We all have lives here and sometimes things occur that are not planned and the game needs to be shut down and real life will always take precedence over a game.

I do not know how often you have to back out or how often disconnections have to occurr before you are put on probation because I have not experienced such, but I know the first time it does happen I will be pissed as many here are (as if I am not pissed already).  I am not positive of who created and implemented the rule or who enforces it, but I do know that just because it is in your terms and conditions does not make it right or even legal for that matter!  A contract (which is what your terms and conditions are) cannot have just any clause in it stick.  The game has quickly earned grave negativity and playing terminations by many because of this probation rule. It would be in the best interest of the game devs to take out the probation rule. 

Hey guys, I'm experiencing the same problem. This is ******* bullshit as we all know. I say we that if within a month if they don't fix this **** for good, we all just go on strike against black ops and return our copies and discourage anyone from buying it... This is complete horse **** and im tired of getting probation for having shitty hosts that can't even hold a 3 bar. If my internet goes out there is nothing I can do about it. COME ON 3ARC, GET YOUR STUPID HEADS OUT OF YOUR BUTT-******* ASSES AND DO SOMETHING... Stop penalizing for YOUR MISTAKES.

We already have a FULLY FUNCTIONING AND OPERABLE system for dealing with people who quit early. PLAYER REVIEWS... All you have to do is go there and not play with that guy anymore, and if enough people do it they get in trouble with xbox live.... STOP ******* MICROMANAGING OR LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS. ****!!!!

I should be able to leave games if I want this isnt competitive play I don't want to sit in a match with dogs, load star, v-sat, and swarm and get my ass killed literally every time I spawn. I paid for this I can do what I want. Just cuz trearch is all high and mighty they tell me that because I want to leave I'm banned. When is infinityward getting the rights to call of duty back I'm sick of shotty servers, glitchy levels, and over powered pistols all in all I'm sick of this unbalanced game.please start listening to your customers, we don't care about if water rushes it kills u if in the way or the ski lift the moves and a mile per hour that decapitates you or even dumbass sand. We care if the game works and runs the way we want because we are what makes you money. Yea the recent patch fixed a few things but nothing major and it was mostly league play which only has like 1200-1500 people play at one time, but not multiplayer that has 200,000-700,000 people that play it. It's so backwards.

This probation thing needs to go ASAP. I pay $60 for this game as well as pay for Internet service just to play it and they want to put me on probation for what? It gives probation when a host quits, it gives probation when Internet connection is bad and kicks you out, it gives probation for everything. So what if people don't want to play the full game, it's their right not to. Take away this probation now. I doubt I'll be playing anymore games from these guys.

In a world where activision grosses the most $$ per year in any form of entertainment, I'm sure you don't give a CRAP about me... but know this.  I pay $169.97 per year for Call of Duty, 109.98 of which goes directly to you.  Probation goes away next patch... or you lose $109.98 per year.  I'm done.

Best game ever.  But this is just crap.  I am pretty sure if you didn't throw me into a match with 2:30 left on the clock, I would not quit a match ever.  But that's unrealistic... and I've never had an issue with the game for the 2:30 bullcrap... UNTIL NOW>>>  Really bad idea guys.  The only thing keeping this off of social media is my pure embarassment for investing so much money on a game per year...

YEAH what the ****??? this is stupid and im going to send treyarch and activision an email about my disapproval and that because of this and among other things I.E. my ps3 freezing cause the game doesnt work properly cause they are gay that i am no longer playing any of their games.... not like it matters to them tho cause like almost a billion people play their damn games but if we allstuck together and didnt play or purchase their products for a week that may hurt them a little

Yea i've cancelled my live till this is over I only have live to play with some friends that I don't get a chance to see often due to school or working elsewhere if it isn't taken out soon (by the end of the month at most) the game isn't far behind

I feel a class action lawsuit coming on!  I say we get some dirty mean lawyer type to sue them since this game wasn't advertised with a ban for leaving games. Plus if they can't control boosting players why should I sit in a room with a guy that I shoot from behind till I need to reload and he doesn't die. Then turns around and stabs me. Learn to fix the cheating players not us tired of playing with cheaters. I can say that even though my house has 7 cod and mw games in it we will not buy another one.
