Here is how you can see your emblem:

Go to:

https://elite.callofduty.com/player/hq

Copy the image location for your small sized emblem.

(Right click, copy image location)

Paste in the browser, looking something like this:

https://api.elite.callofduty.com//emblem/xbox/2047e45c9aaa5e43bb65ee04e427cd0b?s ize=40&title=ops2&imgtype=svg

Change:

"size=40" to "size=450" et cetera.

and

"imgtype=svg" to "imgtype=png"

(Re)load the page with the new settings, and save the image -- or just link it here.

(I wish there was an easier way -- but this worked for me... I just figured out how to do it myself)
