Treyach do not read the Official Forums, they read Twitter, Facebook and Email only

Basically this means that they do not use the official forums where we all discuss our problems, most of the things we talk about like lag comp are not heard because we are not using the correct way.

To confirm this has David Trollderhaar ever made one post on the offical forums? Or any other support cummunity type?  Or is it twitter/facebook only?

    Never seen Treyarch staff on here ? Have seen IW staff though !

    I don't know about you guys but this is the only COD that feels more like a troll than an enjoyable game.

     

    I do wish that Treyarch have a Community Manager like Teenah or a dev that posts on the forums like GHANDI.

      You people honestly amaze Wiggy with some of the nonsense you come up with. Vahn posted here last night about the hardcore game modes. You honestly need to do your homework.

       

      To say that they don't read the forums is absolutely ridiculous. What Vahn is trying to imply is that there are many avenues in which to reach them, not just the forums.

       

      If you feel trolled, take your game back and try to get your money back, but perpetuating lies on this forum, Wiggy can assure you will not be tolerated here for long.

        Sorry but I call the game for what it is. I do not look at things through rose colored glasses. The game is flawed and there's no dennying that. 

         

        I wasn't on last night. I just realized that Vahn was here but it looks like he cherry picked the thread and topic he responded while avoiding the most common question that gets thrown his way- lag compensation. The lag is my number one complaint and that's what makes me feel the game is trolling me.

        Also does Vahn ever reply to forum user or are you talking about posting patch notes then locking the post.

        I know its funny how just because the devs are not hear every day responding directly to posts that many who come here think they do not even read the forums.

         

        Just because they do not respond does not mean they do not have somone reading and tallying up what is said about what and how and why to see what needs to be worked on next or if anything needs changed or not.

    I have a dislike of Twitter for many reasons, especially because it gives people like Vahn an oportunity to make a comment or statement without any depth to it, without the full story, any proof, etc.  So far the communication regarding this title and it's problems has been shockingly bad compared to what we usually get from Treyarch, I expect it from IW but not these.

    If he was on here last night then good and let's hope it's the start to keeping us better informed but it's too little and unacceptably too late.

     

    I love playing COD and really don't want to give up on it yet but Jesus Christ, they're not even throwing us a lifeline here.

    For what it's worth I'm going to just send a tweet every single morning politley asking for a lag patch or at least a response to the community.

      No offense but spamming his Twitter everyday isn't very productive. Just because he doesn't reply to you, doesn't mean he is ignoring you.

        No offense taken, I don't expect him to reply. I don't define sending a tweet a day spamming, and the fact I will do it in a polite way should help. You said "doesn't mean he is ignoring you", then that basically means my tweets are mattering if he's not ignoring them correct?
