Won't let me accept any clan invitations

It won't let me go into the manage - application section of my clan I have some applications which I can not accept . It has been like this for a while now

  i also have this problem ive told activision on facebook and they said the elite website and and ps3 app are working fine 85 members in our clan all have these issues not see results or clan ops/challenges and i can enlist on enything as i get the error page
