Call of Duty Elite App will not download.

I've tried many times to download the Call of Duty Elite Application from the multiplayer menu on Black Ops 2 through my playstation 3 and it brings me to the PSN Store which than gives me a error. The error says "There are no items that you can purchase at this time." I'm highly confused since I've read that people have had the Elite Application on there PS3 systems. Is there any other way of doing this besides through multiplayer menu at all?

Hi there i just had the same problem, i quit the game, went to the ps store, and found the d/l under apps, it worked this way.

  i found it in the psn store, has it been updated for BO2 including zombie stats and such?

    just go to the psn store scroll down to apps and click it and go to game apps and its the 3rd one on the right
