Error modifying session

Have the devs acknowledged this issue? It happens 90% of the time now when I am looking for a match. It just started last night. Everyone I have been talking to on my friends list is having the same issue.

    Same issue here. Happens more on TDM. I don't know if it is localized or not but here is my info just in case it will help.

     

    ISP: Insight Cable Broadband 20/1 ->Recently bought out by Time Warner but no change over YET.

      I'm in Illinois. Seems to only happen when it trys to put me in a game that is already in progess. Comcast internet. It keeps trying to balance teams over and over too. NAT is open for me. Tryed clearing cache. Re applyed game patch and re-downloaded profile nothing helped.

        I noticed that as well. I just started getting the error , although less often, when starting a 2nd game with the same lobby from the previous game.

    I'm having that same issue and when I go to games it keeps flipping teams and saying "Need more players to balance teams" when there are balanced teams.  My Nat was strict when the issue started happening, so I rebooted my router.  Now my nat is open and its still doing the Errors.

    I just started seeing this last night as well (Wisconsin here).  My NAT was Moderate until last night prior to upgrading my router firmware, and it's now Open.  I started playing and the matchmaking was way worse than before (same issues you guys have been seeing).  I thought it was something I did with my router, but it appears to be bigger than that.

     

    I wasn't having any connection, matchmaking or other problems (occasional lag) prior to last night, thankfully.  I was able to get into various games, but every second or third game would kick me out with the Error Modifying Session message.

     

    Hopefully it improves.

      The common tread here would seem to be the changed NAT but my NAT never changed to anything. It has alway been OPEN.

      Started happening to me last night. Played a few TDMs fine then this message started popping up. Couldn't get into another match so I decided to call it quits. The thought alone of me trying to join a match in this crappy game and getting this message and still trying to join a match repeatly afterwards makes me sick to my stomach. Hopefully this gets resolved ASAP.

       

      Comcast and my NAT is always OPEN

    I asked this in another thread with folks having the same issue. Some are thinking that this might be a regional issue. I was wondering that as well. I found some information that might help us find out. If you head to Multiplayer > Option > System Info(Back Button) it will give you your geographical region. Mine is listed as 36

      Basically those of us that are being affected by this stuff arn't going to be able to play for 3 days.  Whatever.

        I don't think the server maintenance is the issue. It has been happening all the time since last night. It seems like most people having the problem live in the middle or eastern united states.

    There is a RUMOR there would be a patch today.

     

    I feel for you sometimes the lobbies really suck on connection attempts.

     

    FYI mine started last night . I am in Texas area.

    Happens 95% of the time for me and that is on any game mode type. Public or League. WTF is going on!!!?? Just started last nite for me.

    I'm in Australia. Been having this problem too over last 3 days. Never noticed this error message before. Occurring in all playlists. Will get get Error Modifying Session 2 or 3 times - then able to enter a match. It's seems to be random and often.

      I'm in Sweden and this is happening to me too. Except for when I try to play Gun Game. That works just fine.

      Northern Minnesota on comcast and I started getting the error message after the DLC came out.  Also seems to be if I join a match in progress but not sure why. I just join another match and its not a problem.
