Where is spawn protection?

Ignoring being spawned so close to the enemy, why on earth haven't they built in spawn protection from killstreaks? Getting sick of spawning under airstrikes and hellstorm missiles and dying before I can even move.

    It doesn't exsist in treyarch games.

        What?  You mean you don't like eating a Hunter Killer drone to the face a split second after spawning?  Or a Lightning Strike?  That's silly.  I love it.  I'd love for there to be an animation in the game where when I spawn my character just bends over and spreads his cheeks apart to allow the killstreak to just enter right in my *******.  That would be fantastic.
