If you send a video clip from Theater showing this hack to report@infinityward.com, the Online Services Team at Infinity Ward will investigate it and take appropriate action (if he is found to be hacking, they will console ban him from MW3 Multiplayer).

I recommend following the reporting process outlined above for any similar violations of the Code of Conduct, as it really does help speed up the process and gets these players off the game much quicker than using the in-game report tool.
