How and who do we contact in regards to Elite clan tags?

Like the title says. Do we call activision?  Our clan has been around since the beginning of BO1.  When i set up our clan officially on elite our clan tag for some reason was prohibited (which it shouldn't have been its not offensive or anything of the sort.). I would randomly check every couple of wks to see if things ever changed.  Well some time in July the rules changed and our clan tag became un prohibited.  Some guy took the clan tag before we could get it. Which i was trying to get since launch.  His clan is still lvl 1 with only 1 member. Also his gametag is siting on 79 days of dbl xp.  Ive tried to contact this person on xbox for mos now. Hes has never came online.  apparently his gametag is no longer active. Is there any way we can get that tags since under the circumstances the clan/him is and always has been inactive and he is an obviously glitcher/hacker.  His account might even be perma banned idk though.  Who can i call or message about this.  Like i said our clan would love to have the tag. we are the only clan with any name similar that is very active and lvl 50 on mw3 and will be lvln sin BO2 as soon as we are allowed.  Can something be done about this.  Also it would allow for our clan tag to be in gold in BO2. our current clan tag cant due to no spaces are allowed in BO2.

    gold tahs cant be unlocked till 10 and in bo2 clan levels are restet to one you can have the same clan tag just not the same clan name clan tags have nothing to do with the clan names so yea im sure you can use same clan tags i would try that way but yea the clan level that you had in mw3 is no more in bo2 have to earn it but yea you should be able to use the same clan tags just not the same clan name

      Sorry bigfam5100 but you went way out there. The OP  wants to know how to get a clan tag that is in use in ELITE. Anyone can type anyone elses clan tag in BO2, OP wants to be able to make it official and type it into his clan in ELITE.

       

      The best advise would be to send a private message to BEACHHEAD and see if they can help you.

          No problem, keep me posted, I am curious to see if they can free up a clan tag.
