Getting green screens and no guns.

When i try to play online i maybe get 2 games in tops and then when i go to the next game the screen doesnt show the map, it basically just shows the color green everywhere. If that doesnt happen and i actually get into a game which is unlikely all of the textures it seems like are green and you have no weapons and it doesnt show your hands. Is anyone at all having the same issues as me????!?....

 

-Also when i do play a normal game and its running normally the graphics arnt fully loaded and look really crappy.

 

If i can get images ill post them thanks!

          I logged in just so i could reply to this!  after doing some searching and not finding any answers from activision about this i did notice that many people who complained about this noticed a small to medium scratch around the very outside edge of the disc.  some said that they took in their disc to gamestop or other store and got a replacement and others had reported that taking the disc to a video store and repairing the disc worked.  curoius as i am, i decided to run mine through my game dr. to see if it would clear the issue and it worked!  I immediately installed to the hard drive to avoid any further problems.  what's funny about this whole thing is that it has always worked on my slim xbox, but it started doing this green screen thing on my old phat xbox after about a week of playing it on that xbox.  (long story as to why i was using that one, but it shouldn't matter in my opinion)  I hope that this helps everyone else who is having this issue as it seems to be a pretty big problem that activision thus far will not acknowledge.  peace
