Its about Black Ops 2 ( SORRY IF MY ENGLISH ARENT WELL )

3 months ago I pre-ordered the game Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Hardened Edition and they sent me a message telling me that its gonna be here (Greece) at 12, 13, 14 of November and today its Friday...I receive a call today from Athens and it will be here in Karditsa in 1 week...What shall I do now? Can I take my money back? It wasnt on time here I have to do something...Plz reply!
