Why do I get probation when leaving a "BEST" match full of 3 bars and I'm the only 4 bar?

Because on day 3 after release, the only game I can find with "BEST" preference set is all 3 bar campers and I have to back out of 10+ matches before I find one that I'm not lag comped to ****! I really hope that they can fix this... It was great the first 2 days... Hmm maybe they should just call this mw3 redux...
