Why soo many campers and QSers?

Hey guys, this is not just a rage post. lol.

 

First of all i think this game is bloody amazing! yes there are problems but its only just come out so these can be fixed

 

my main game mode in MW3 was domination and was really good but there was a downside to that.. QSers and campers!.. and all this talk about BO2 making it harder to camp due to the perks and snipers unable to QS got me thinking YES! finally a good game is coming out

 

went into my first game of domination on BO2 on release after i got back from work, and i do think splitting the game in half is the BEST idea EVER!!

BUT... every single map has a view point from A to B or C to B where you get ppl camping in bloody corners with a sniper.. completely ignoring the objective.. i'm getting fed up of how ppl come into these obj game modes just to boost their KDR and completely killwhore...

 

QSing is easy as crap on this game just as it was on MW3... BO1 Qsing was hard and that meant it was an achievment to kill someone not just an everyday thing..

 

I'm sure im not the only one thinking this? surley there has got to be something to stop ppl from sitting in corners and QSing in OBJ game modes..

    Running around when you're on the bad end of lag compensation is a bad idea. You may be on the good side of it but camping is one of the signs that something is wrong with the lag comp. On my case, I die in just 1 bullet and I only see the guy for a split second. On the Killcam, it shows he's there for a good second or two and he unloaded a clip on me. Camping will lessen BS like this to a certain degree and that is why you're seeing a lot more campers. Please understand that they're just doing the best they could to make out of this game. They may be on the bad end of lag comp.

     

    I am forced to use guerilla tactics and ambushes on this game. Running around and drop shotting is a no go on my end.

      Lag comp? i have unreal good connection but i have not seen any bad lag so far in this game. in MW3 i suffered real bad for having good connection but this game works just like BO1 did

    If QS is working for someone then leave them alone. Get your kills and stop crying about how you die!Not trollin but you ppl that bash playstyles have gotta realize that you also use tactics others hate so what you gonna do?

      I'm only pointing out QSing because its a bloody glitch... why should players be able to glitch some things but not others..

        activision instructed treyarch to keep it in otherwise 2million sales from 12 year olds would disappear.

        So its a glitch to point and shoot? I dont QS but when I get killed by someone who does I dont call it a glitch.

          402 confrimed on mw2 that it was a programming glitch, but because it was popular with female players they kept it in.

            Use tactical grenades or switch to hardcore,  I cant recall being QSed in hardcore.

            That is what he said but that is not what he meant. You should know that 402 had been full of sh*t up to the time he left the franchise.

             

            I highly doubt it was due to females liking it because there are hardly ANY females playing this game. I am not saying there arent any, but the number of females that play are severely less in comparison to everyone else (not trying to be an ass, just going by facts). Come on dude, use your common sense and dont swallow his BS.

             

            The REAL reason they kept it in was because of all the publicity they got from Youtube and the montages. So instead of listening to the MAJORITY of the community like they are supposed to do, and take the damn thing out, they kept it in because if they took it out then the minority would throw a fit and they would lose the free Youtube publicity.

             

            Bowling even stated that less than 1% of the community did this and less than half of that percent were even good at it. So please tell me the logic in keeping it in. I bet you and no one else can. (not saying you are defending it, just making a point).

    It's BS really, I'm getting smoked close range by quickscopers even with my R870. I've been playing a lot of Hardpoint and I can mostly keep the point secured with my shotty against ARs, LMGs and SMGs but somehow QSers just get me, something is wrong there when they come out on top of a weapon built for close range.

    As someone who doesn't quickscope, but knows how to do it, it's laughable.
    You're basically running around with a pinpoint accurate shotgun that can kill someone from halfway across the map if you do it well enough.
    I don't see what's so fun about it though.
    People who run around with snipers in maps that are clearly meant for close quarters combat are just dumb to me.
    It's annoying when I get killed because of a game glitch, but whatever.
    To each his own.

    this is funny to me. Mainly cause I can't as worth a damn, but when I want boost my kdr I pick a sniper and pistol secondary and head into tdm games without aparty and most of the time come out on top.

    Tizzle your an idiot .... Its pretty much impossible to camp on this game due to cry babies like you having ghost butchered, also your playing on Core if your too stupid to shoot someone or not head the same exact direction that got you shot to begin with when you know where their at due to the kill cam that's on you. This game has always been for a mature audience not people with 10yr old minds like you... OMG HE WAS SITTING STILL AND SHOT ME THAT'S CHEATING.... That's basically all I read in your post, get over it scrub.

        To an extent yes lol ... But they need to return ghost to how it has been in the past and stop trying to become a socialism style game because socialism and communism never work. But Zingaa you have to agree that your an idiot if you let the same guy kill you repeatedly from the same spot.

        Oh good man. How are you?  Im just adapting, cant wait to unlock better equipment in this game...trying to be patient, sick of drawing host.  That about sums it up LOL

    I think a big part of the complaints is players expect to just start playing where they left off with MW3, once everyone starts getting used to the maps and getting feel for the guns it will sort out...imo

      There is no way to adjust into getting killed with 1 bullet by a guy who just showed up on my screen. The killcam shows he's there for a good second or two and he unloaded on me. The only adjustment to counter it is to play a campy gamestyle, use guerilla tactics, or shoot them from behind. My bullets are not even registering on face to face gunfights. It's that bad and MW3 has never been this bad.
