PS3: Tracking "error " when looking for a session. [Focused Thread]

Hello all,

 

I/We are creating a separate thread for feedback regarding this particular issue. It is not considered the same as the "servers unavailable" situation, but the community is mixing the two. Let's try to undo that keep the streams from crossing. This thread will be focused like the others. Information the developers can use to reproduce this issue is greatly appreciated.

 

Disclaimer: Like all other threads we're not asking you to go out of your way to make anything happen. If you run into the issue then please document it.

 

Disclaimer: Like all other threads we will remove content that we consider off topic or out of spirit of the thread. We know a fix is wanted. This will hopefully get the developers to that point quicker.

 

 

Use the numbered bullets feature to help explain what happens. Any additional information is appreciated.

 

 

Additional useful information.

 

  • Any video of this happening.
  • Whether or not you have taken upon yourself to do anything with your PS3.
  • Anything you were doing or were about to do prior to the error.
    • Viewing player cards.
    • Checking messages through XMB.
    • Etc.
  • Your Region
  • Your PS3 type.
  • Your Blu-Ray Code
  • Party Size
  • Game Mode of Choice

    blus of the game : 41005s is different from the upgrade

    PS3 Fat 80 gb with backward

    thanks to that mistake and my console off when I play black ops, opened my console to see what the problem was. and it was not any of that, I realized it was Treyarch problem.

    1.Original FAT PS3 40GB

    2.Chicago, IL

    3.I deleted & reinstalled all game data twice.

    -Creating a temporary (new) PSN account worked till lvl 15 then same error occured again

    4.BLUS 31011 *Edit

    5.I wasn't doing anything in particular when this happened. I had logged on/off a few times in the hour before it locked me out.

    getting the error message only when trying to play MP public mode. Zombies and camp are working.

    i have tried logging out of the PS3 network shutting off the PS3 and nothing seems to be working

    NW Tenn error when initially selecting find match cant even join friends lobbies anymore started at 1800 on the 13th. 160gb slim. if i create a new account it will work for a little bit but eventually through host migration etc. will kick me back to main with error msg.
