You have been disconnected from Call of Duty: Black Ops II servers.

I have BO2-PC version, When I try to connect to a multiplayer match the game loads and all that, but the map loading takes about 3-5 minutes and once its done loading, BO2 gives me this error message -

 

ERROR

 

You have been disconnected from Call of Duty: Black Ops II servers.

 

I've been searching online everywhere, I have upgraded to the lastest video driver, reinstalled the game, port forwarded my router and turned off all firewall and anti virus programs - all to no avail.

 

Running an MSI MS1762 laptop w/ Windows 7 Ultimate

i7 2.4GHZ/Turbo3.4GHZ 3rd generation

Intel HM77 Chipset

16GB DDR3-1333 RAM

NVIDIA GTX 675M 2GB PCIe video card

256GB OCZ Agility 4 SATA-III 6.0GB/s SSD

 

Runs every othe game (and BO2 console mode) fine, Getting VERY VERY frustrated with Multi player mode ERROR !!!!

 

I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me out here.

    Same here Takes like 5 minutes and then the error comes

    I had this to, go to intel.com and get the latest driver, then its fixed.

      Tried the Intel Chipset update Intel's driver update program says the drivers are all up to date, which is not suprising since the pc is two months old. So still dead in the water, and of course I have not heard from Activision  or Treyach.

       

      Need HELP PLEASE !!!!

    Got this problem to started about 16:00 today havent been able to play. I join a game play for max 4min then i get disconnected...please fix this thing. first day destroyed for double xp -.-

      i dont even get connected from the day i got this game i want this fixed before the end of next week or i Will ask My money back cuz this game Sucks if you cant do anything with it right its just a piece of plastic if its full of the bullshit treyarch gives us yeah yeah give a double xp weekend while the rest of us is facing their fcking problems and the players that can play get ahead of us good game really fun (sarcasm)

    Same problem here. but it might be issue with the routers since i can play the game at my friends house perfectly fine, but at home (using a Huawei b593) i cant.

    Any fix???

    Same issue as OP.

     

    Desktop PC. No onboard vga. Win8 64-bit, hd6950 2GB, E8400, xonar essence st audio. RE4 7200 rpm HDD with two partitions. All game files are on the same partition as the OS. nat type open. no windows firewall. Avast disabled. ports forwarded (also tried no port forwarding with PC IP in DMZ). Speedtest.net reporting 15Mbps down 1Mbps up, straight download speeds. Other pc on the same network plays the game with no issues.

     

    I also tried re-installing directx and vcredistx68. Steam game files verified.

      Same problem here in multiplayer and zombie mode I get disconnected with the same message after like 5 minutes and it's really bothersome when it happens in zombie mode on round 20.Desktop Pc with nvidia gtx590 , so I don't think it's the laptop's  or a particular setup's problem,since we have seen multiple PC setups getting the same error. Something in the COD servers is wrong,maybe with a patch it can be fixed.

        Grab the newest nvidia beta driver, there is a fix in them for 500 series cards.

    I have exacatly same problem, this problem haven't solution yet. Can anyone please contact with black ops company to ask what's going on?

    Guys I find the way to solve, before, I have the exactly same problem. But now, I can play muiltiplayer and zombie in Black ops 2. The solution is:

     

    1. Go to intel.com

     

    2. Search:" Driver"

     

    3. Click the first choice which is the best match. (Intel download center)

     

    4. Under Intel Driver Update Utility. Press" Continue"

     

    5. Press" check your system for the latest updates"

     

    6. After checking, download the updates correctly. Follow the guide and install.

     

    7. After download and install all latest drivers. You can restart computer.

     

    8. Now, enjoy the game which is Black Ops 2!

    i hope they fix this in the next patch cause right now i cant play online zombies/multiplayer.This happens mostly to all laptop players -.- . If they dont fix this i want my money back.

    I have the same problem but on my PS3, I have no idea what to do. I have tried contacting support and everything. I've tried reinstalling the 1.04 patch which was supposed to fix this problem but obviously it didn't. I hope treyarch can fix this soon, because if they dont. They will lose another revolution DLC customer.

      Same as soon as I get a coule of kills it kicks me and says error you have been kicked from black ops 2 servers and I have made new accounts and all. On ps3
