Clan name already in use!!! ???

I'm trying to register a clan but whatever version of the name i use, even putting7963562389 behind it the system states that its in use...
This is surely a system error, does anybody know when this should be fixed?

I get the problem on Ipad app PS3 app and PC.

Same thing happening to me. I just got Black Ops 2 and I wanted to start a clan up but nope, it won't let me

No i need to register because we have a group with multiple members already, but thanks i guess..

glad to see it wasn't just me, i use aramaic words in my clan names and i doubt most people know what they are yet use them and i couldn't get anything to work

This is happening quite a bit. They're supposed to be working on it. The only real answer i've seen to it is to wait for after the release (which obviously has already happened) and try again. It also said to remember that the first 7 to 10 days after the release is busy. I've been trying to create a clan since well before the release and several times since to no avail. Hopefully they can get it fixed soon.
