Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 sountrack download problem

I got the call of duty black ops 2 hardened edition for ps3 and i redeemed the sountrack dlc code from my phone but now i can't download it from my phone and i can't get the sountrack and the code can only be used once so now my sountrack is gone please help i really want to get my sountrack. please reply thanks

literally on the same boat right now, except mine was the care package edition... put the code in using my phone which somehow can't dl it despite all my other songs on it... and when i tried to find it using my ps3 browser, i can't access since my code was put in already

  have loads of memory on my phone, there was nothing in the description saying that it had to be redeemed on the computer

I tried to download off Playstation- but needed external drive. So I backed out and logged in on PC, but there are no links to download. Tried entering code again and obviously didn't work because I already put it in. It said it would be available for 24 hours, so where is the link to download on my account?
