Livestreaming question

So according to Treyarch, we can get banned for having things such as unlicensed music, brand logos, movies etc in our livestreams.

Question, does this mean I should avoid drinking a Mountain Dew on camera, and/or take my Star Wars poster out of camera view?

I would just avoid openly advertising for those things.

As for the Star Wars Poster, Mickey may hunt you down like a dog. Thats HIS property now!
