Live Stream?

So this is late but I heard a rumor from a buddy of mine that you will be able to LiveStream your gameplay straight from your console. I just want to know if anyone can confirm this. I did a bit of googling and 2 well known blogs, craveonline and complex, said that Call of Duty has partnered with youtube so that we can livestream our gameplay.
