Are there any clans that plays as a team and not run around with your heads cut off?

I looking to join a eastcoast (eastern time zone) PS3 clan/team for black ops 2. I would prefer if the team really plays as a team and at least some member have a mic to talk to you tell one another what to do (or no do in some cases) I play a lot of domination and some TDM. To play either you need people to play as a team and not run all over the map alone like a idiot. So any team players out there?

I do not have MW3 but will be getting black ops 2 tomorrow at midnight.

Hey Travis, we play mostly TDM unless the Clan Op is something else. We are all about 18-40 years of age and use teamwork, and play to win but also to have fun. We are very active on the weekends, and weekdays not so much since everyone mostly works (except at night). We love playing with mature people who don't cry when they die or blast music during the game. Check us out, let me know if you are interested.

  I do not have MW3 but I will have BO2 tomorrow and can get MW3 with easy after christmas.
  
  P.S:
  Brownie points for the 18+ age group and not blasting music. I dont have a mic til after christmas.

    apply to Team-Relentless ...its a brand new clan for BO2 and i play alot of dominition and demolition and sometimes TDM!!!!!

PARTICIPATION: Must play clan ops/challenges (This is how you remain a member)
CLAN LEVEL: 40 (1,200 clan xp away from 41)
CLAN K/D RATIO: 1.21
MEMBERS: 90+
K/D: MUST BE OVER 1.0 (If Not, don't waste OUR time)
AGE: MATURE INDIVIDUAL
PLAYING TIME: AT LEAST 100 HOURS OR 4 DAYS (Need players who are always on CoD)
LOYALTY: NO CLAN JUMPERS NEED APPLY
MIC: OPTIONAL BUT BENEFICAL
COMMUNICATION: GIVES GOOD CALLOUTS
