Don't have permission to Create a Clan?

When i try to create a clan it gives me an Error,"You don't have permission to create a clan."

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried millions of times...

    Having the same issue.. and Yes, I didn't want that clan so I want to create a new one.. Is there any way to bypass this?

I'd check with Activision Support but this has been a problem for many for a good 2 to 3 weeks now.

This is a common problem yet others do not know that you must hit the button that says leave clan bafore you are able to make/ join another clan. activision has done this so we dont make duplicate clans or be in multiple clans at one time!

  I have the same problem. I left my old clan to create a new one. I get the message you do not have permission to create a clan.
