To Beachhead Studios, Call Of Duty Elite, and Activision Assist,

I've started a new clan (PS3) particularly for Black Ops 2. I've been unable to access any of the clan management features on Elite for over a week now. I've spent countless hours recruiting, handing out flyers, contacting players, and posting on forums. The lack of communication is extremely distressing, as my clan is at a stand still because of the issues with Elite. I understand Elite is undergoing a major overhaul and reformatting for BO2, but these problems are having seriously detrimental effects on your most active, vocal, and loyal customers.

All we need is a response; some sort of time frame as to when we will be able to accept applications, manage and send invites, change the title/motto, and view the roster. My clanmates are losing faith in the movement we were trying to build, and many of the recruits removed their applications because they thought they were being ignored, or got tired of waiting. I feel like just giving up at this point. The game will be released in 48 hours, and still no change, and no time frame. I just cannot fathom the fact that the Elite premium service grossed over 100 million dollars, and you can't even give your paying customers a response. Maybe you are having serious issues and don't know when it will be fixed. The thought did cross my mind, that Elite was having such serious issues, they realized that they could not legitimately charge for the BO2 premium service. Elite was supposed to announce BO2 plans in september, which came and went, and all of the sudden, Elite is free! It just doesn't make sense to throw away millions of dollars without a serious reason, and i don't buy the whole "unite the community" bs.

I feel like Elite for BO2 is going to turn to **** because of the lack of revenue. I worry that there will be no more 100k lone wolf operations, and the lone wolf prizes will be even worse than before. The only good news is, the Elite functionality and customer service could not get any worse. I pray that this is not the case, as I would love to see Elite flourish.

Please Beachhead, either fix the clan management, or give us a timeframe as to when it will be fixed. The gravity of the damage you are doing to your customer base is much greater than you anticipated, if that though even crossed your collective mind at all. I apologize for the condescension of my language, this situation has just been extremely frustrating.
