Clan Management Issue

Is there a problem with Clan Management? When i go to edit my clan motto it says "updating" but it actually doesn't update. Also when I check the Clan Roster it says Error Occured.

    Yes there's a problem with elite servers they r trying to fix this but we don't know when this will be fixed. I think this is caused by integrating bo2 into elite that is causing this problem so your not alone on this all clan leaders cannot manage the clan at all. Hope this helps

    First the new website removed ability to removed clan members and you had to do this through the ps3...

     

    Then they stopped challenges and ops 2 weeks prior to BO2 stopping clans their last opportunity to rank up

     

    So everyone turns to clan management.. get ready for BO2... build their crews to release day...

     

    They communicated nothing on shutting down management features for clans to add/delete ..accept applications, etc ....  Nearly a week now... and even though nearly every 4 hours someone writes something in the forum about these things not working.. no reply.. not once ... I completely get preparing the site for BO2... really do.. but the selected communication...is frustrating..  And what about all those that arent even getting BO2.. it just feels like those have been left in the dirt.  They made the decesion to shut down ops.. till end of Nov....why didnt they just say same time clan management down for 1 week or something.. anything...more importantly why is a company of this size not capable of running two games.. you have to shut one down to launch the other..?   Continually left in the dark ..guessing ... and it always feels like we (customers) are the last to know and the least they are concerned with.

      and that's why me and the majority of the COD community would not be re-subscribing to elite if it wasn't going to be free for BLOPS II... we all paid for a 1 year subscription, they added the clan ops Late, clan challenge's Really Late had dozens of outages and errors preventing users from using the service they paid for cutting out some of the services early "Clan Ops" and now we can't even update or manage our clan page and they don't bother to communicate with their customers... shity shity customer service.. i don't think it will be better with BLOPS II... elite started out as a good idea but the amount of aggravation that comes with it, is just not worth it..

        most business would fire a lazy employee.  but i guess that would be the entire infinity ward crew.  dont tell us crap just shut down already got a hacked lobby with the psn names take the whole screen.  had to shut down quickly.  they lost complete control of there product.  and still wont answer.  thanks for accepting my money
