I THINK I FINALLLY UNDERSTOOD GREEN RUN!

Posted by rjowner_playstation on Nov 6, 2012 12:28 AM

I think i finally understood what green run means theres green run tranzit and green run survival and green run grief.

GREEN RUN is the 1st world made when the dlcs comes out there will be new world named something else green run is the big map and then tranzit is story within the map.

so lets say when the dlc comes out a new world called idk blue run(by the way this is not the real name xd) then you can choose from green run or blue run

IM LIKE 95% SURE THIS IS RIGHT

no i am not denying that it is a reasonable theory, and one of the better ones that have come up, i just am not completly sold on it either. i seem to remember a bit of leaked gameplay that said "game type: green run" but i am not 100% sure on that.

I agree with that theory. but there could be a few different ways treyarch could approch the up coming DLC season. I think in order to release a zombie world that big they would have to cut out a multiplayer map or 2. I also think if there where to release a world every 2-3 months there would be potential of many glitches not getting found in time unless they hire a bunch people who know what there looking for.

Very true they can be found in every game pretty much made...ill find sooooo many glitches or "cheats" in any game ill play. The funny thing is there always the most simple and obvious things to try.

at least we have theatre mode now, so assuming that it records always, then it should be possible to report the glitchers.

Anyone who doesn't have a theatre recording (if its turned off like you could do with multiplayer in BO1)  is more than likely cheating.

Im not a fan of glitchers myself because it screws up the team play and besides a glich can only take a player so far in a boring fashion. Im just saying i always come across glitches no matter what game i go play. i dont mean to do them they just seem to appear by accident.

I was thinking the exact same thing green run is the map. With areas sectioned off for survival and grief. Trazit is the mode, on green run, where u can travel to each one of these areas by bus or foot.

Maybe, but then again maybe not....

I guess we'll just have to see upon release and upon release of any new DLC's.

I thought Green Run meant Custom Game Mode?  That's why each game is listed:  Tranzit, Survival, Grief.  There are the custom game versions of the game.  It would make since as Green means new to and not meant for the Leaderboards.

What about Northern Hemisphere being one part of the DLC while other parts will be in other Hemispheres?

the zombie team said there creating a zombie world, its called green run, and whats already been made is an area in green run in the northern hemisphere, tranzit is mode to explore all, and survival/grief you know, they'll be adding to the world in DLC

All I'm gathering from this is that on release this game comes with a whopping 2 zombie maps. The Tranzit world and Nuketown Zombies if you pre-ordered special editions. I know all the comments will be about how HUGE Tranzit is, but it's STILL ONLY 1 MAP. Survival as far as I can see from the leaked gameplays is just small pieces of the Tranzit pie. So instead of going through all the areas you get the fantastic awesome excitement of playing ONE of the areas (Farm, Town, etc...), which by themselves appear to be SUPER SMALL (aka boring). Maybe there's more maps and I'm just being negative, but it doesn't look like it. All we can hope is that they really up the game with DLC and new UNIQUE maps that have no affiliation with Tranzit. I know this all sounds super negative, but trust me guys Tranzit will become repetitive after not too long of repeatedly playing it over and over and over. The secret to keeping zombies fresh is widely varying map selections, each with decent size and things to discover / accomplish.
