checked my last cases and they set it to "resolved".... Seems like i´ve missed something....

Dear Developers,

Dear Support Crew,

NOTHING IS RESOLVED!!!

Goooooooooood morning!!!!! Wake up!!!!!!

Since more than 3 weeks nothing works correct. 3 Clan emblems missing, and i´m not able to kick member out of the clan.

Missing Clan emblems:

Got a "workaround" from the support team: "Kick the member and reinvite them".

Great idea, we´ve 88 member in the clan and i´ve to kick and reinvite them for each clan emblem.... OK, who needs free time?

Kicking member:

There is no "kick button" available. Just a message "missing data". Without button, no kick...

On Top:

support team: please use another browser

me: using Chrome, IE, firefox different notebooks and different internetlines

support team: problem is on your end

me: shure LoL

BTW: Working as a head of IT (global acting company) and i´m Microsoft Certified Trainer - should better search for new job... LoL

AND NOW... hope all you´re sitting......

You're taking rejection quite well sir! Just kidding of course. Now, to the matter at hand; We have a Missing Clan Emblem Form for you to fill out so our team can investigate your claim. Here's the link: https://support.activision.com/Clan_Emblem_Request_Form (You must be signed in to use it).

With regards to kicking members out and re-inviting them; Yes, that is a workaround but we rarely if ever suggest that to gamers with this issue. The web site won't allow you to Kick or Promote clan mates as that is an issue we're looking into as well. If you did wish to kick a player, maybe for inactivity, please do so from the console app. We apologize for the inconvenience Elite has caused and thank you for your understanding.

P.S. Please give us your clan name & clan number from the web site URL and I'll see what I can do to get those emblems pushed out to you and your clan mates.

  I hate to say it but this guy (though loud and rude) is speaking the truth.
  
  I have completed that missing emblems forms (three times) and nothing happens. Ever since beachhead changed elite about a month ago its gone from bad to worse!
  
  I do not know why your team is having issues with this, many here paid for the DLC + elite service that was touted as the next big thing for us COD enthusiasts.
  
  Something is just not right, this is a legit complaint from a paying customer. That's all.

    I filled out the form to request emblems dozens of times, but nothing happens.
    Stop suggesting to fill a request that no one is listening.
    The console app does not work for throwing out clan members ... "bad server response".

        ATVIAssist I am curious, what is the difference between us filling the form and sending it and you sending the form on our behalf? Are you doing the same exact thing as us or do you have a back end channel that you are able to deliver these forms to beachhead with?

  I know you have a tough job because you take a daily beaten by us forum posters, but enough is enough. Tell those *(&@#$@*( to fix a product that I paid for. I am sick of getting unenrolled in ops and accolade challenges and you guys using beta as an excuse. How different is an accolade challenge line code from a clan operations line code?

    mwfan55 we check to see the location of the form. If no form is showing as being submitted we submit one using our internal channels. If one was submitted we 'bump' it for visibility.
    
    kemicalsupreme the beta isn't an excuse its what is available. Remember clan ops had a beta tag for awhile and when we offered daily clan operations the beta tag was removed.
    We'll be sure to pass along your feedback on the matter.

      Feel free to "bump" the form for the PHOENIX FIRE clan on PS3. We are missing the lvl 42 and lvl 44 emblems. The form is already submitted.

        I can tell you from experience that all Support can do is expedite the unlocking of your emblems but the automatic unlock feature isn't going to get fixed. You will have to continue to submit the form and ask for a bump or you can go through the trouble of leaving your clan and rejoining to get them almost instantaneously. I've always waited for Support to unlock them (100 member clan and all) but with the game coming to a close you may want to consider the leave/rejoin option simply so you can enjoy the emblems while you are still playing the game. I'd still submit the form and request the bump for your clan members that don't want to go through the hassle of the leave/rejoin method though.

    i imagine this is a database problem, with millions of users it's nearly impossible to instantly grab all those accolade counts at the exact second the event begins or ends, surely it takes a good 10 minutes for the job to run, the same for leaderboard updates, their database server can't keep up. Building indexes on tables, using functions instead of stored procedures, and using indexed views may help speed things up, but real time error free, that's unlikely to ever happen, in their defense.
    
    personally i'd build a temp table with just a participant id, their clan id, and accolades for each event 5 minutes before, then end it 5 minutes after, should work if it doesn't error off on corrupt data values, default to '0' set field='0'+ if numeric(value) to avoid null, then check again after for non numeric replace with zero if found to be double sure.

  I have sent a few requests forms like you mentioned and responses. Quit telling people to fill out those forms when people are ignored. I want my money back now if you guys will not have clan challenges and operations in early november leading up to BOPS 2. I paid for a subscrption that is suppose to be a year long. You guys are cutting my membership off by two weeks! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Habe genau die gleichen Probleme..!! 4 Embleme fehlen..ep nicht bekommen, kann keinen aus den Clan werfen..und so weiter..!! Scheiß neues Elite..Warum habt ihr das nicht so gelassen..? Oder wenn man schon neu macht, dann aber ohne Fehlern und Probleme..!! Echt Mist^^

Just be glad that is your only problem. I am having the same exact problems but i have had 8 hours of earned clan double XP pending to send to my clan memebrs for a month and a hoalf and they are still looking into it as i still can not apply the double xp. it is getting old and anoying and i am doubtine that the double xp will carry over to black ops II let alone combine with the 12 hours we will get when we hit level 50. so i am way more than alittle peeved a the moment.
