    No.  It just means your ping is good for one given server at one given location with a given amount of packet traffic at a certain given time for one given test.  see maccabi, I can be helpful too

    that would be awesome. they have to do something different than how bo1 was cause that was bad

    Alright maybe someone can help me here. When i read that twitter transaction that has brought about this conversation i get out of it that the changes with matchmaking being ping based only apply to the locale preference. The guy asked Vahn if the locale pref. was in and he said yes, and it's no longer based on region. Why would there need to be a locale preference if there is no longer a region factor? I don't see where they were talking about the ENTIRE matchmaking system.

     

    Hopefully someone can wade through the semantics and perhaps provide a clarification.
