Vids can only be 30 seconds, and to get them to Elite you have to render them and link it to a YouTube account. You can't render clips longer than 30 seconds. I learned this the hard way.
This is the URL rendered videos will show to https://elite.callofduty.com/player/hq . Simply scroll down to the section titled LATEST VIDEO. Sometimes the servers may delay and it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to post. Also make sure the videos are at least 30 seconds in length or no more than 60 seconds.
