Hello, i just made a clan called ModCity. It is currently a lvl 4, and we only need 5 xp to get to lvl 5. I am currently the only person with premium, so if anyone that has premium would like to join, it would be much appreciated.  You DO NOT have to have premium to join though. anyone can.
