Elite is still going to be offered for Black Ops II, so it has technicians still putting for efforts to monitor and correct.

Do you intend to continue to operate as an enterprise offering paid for software solutions or have you given that up as a bad idea?

It is still being discussed on what our plans will be moving forward. There will still be map packs and Season Pass ( http://www.callofduty.com/blackops2/seasonpass ) if that answers this question.

CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE MANAGE CLAN! I mean really, I've been spamming up your twitter account about it and keep getting bogus replies.... PLEASE help us, my clan is top 10 for kd and I had hopes of getting it higher but without being able to invite/kick/accept applications I'm sitting here helpless.  I am an original founder of elite and a beta tester from back last august and honestly these "updates" are making the site look nicer but counter-productive.....  I paid $60.00 for this service and I have had to liking to the dlc, and elite itself is in my opinion a joke since you are all seeming to do nothing to help us.  I kept saying to myself that it would get better and you would fix it but no.  Please dont let my final opinion in elite end like this ATVIAssist.

Im having login issues on all of activisions websites. I had to create a new account with new email just to log into the forums. I cant log into support/forums/ELITE. I have a new computer that was just purchased this week and have tried several different web browsers. I have still received ELITE update and was able to do password reset through the email that i have been trying to log on with. Please help I need to enlist and manage my clan.

There was a lot of information given there. The problem you are having is you cannot enlist in competitions and challenges for the clan? ALphaOMega

Players who are being affected by the manage clan feature not being fully operational are unable to execute those things. Our Elite team is investigating a cause and correction for this. vampdt

The Clan I'm in is having this same issue. We cannot unlock the Clan awards for reaching Level 50 via the website or the 360 console. DTH Gzrs 166462
